FAQs

Do I need to own a piano?

Yes, you do. The weekly lessons will take place at your house on your piano. Also, weekly practice is needed in-between lessons to make consistent progress. If you don’t have a piano, read my guide to buying the right piano in our “helpful piano info” section.

Is there any thing else I need for lessons?

For beginner piano players, we will be using Alfred’s lesson book 1A. This can be purchased at your local music store or online. Also, a metronome will be needed for use during weekly practice as well as a blank notebook.
